This article was previously published under Q267239 SYMPTOMS
If you make a design change to a custom form in the Organization Forms Library and you reload the custom form, you receive the Load form Failure dialog box. This occurs if the you click the Load Form dialog box multiple times.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you open the custom form and the form is cached. After you make a design change to the custom form, you must reload the form. Because the custom form is retrieved over the network and the Load Form dialog box remains open, you can click the Load Form dialog box multiple times, which causes this problem.
