When you print a Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 document on the Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 694C printer, some of the text may be printed in incorrect colors.
CAUSE
This issue can occur in either of the following scenarios:
- You installed a Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 694C printer by using the Microsoft Windows 98 printer driver.
- You upgraded from Microsoft Windows 98 to Windows Millennium Edition.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, obtain the latest printer drivers from Hewlett-Packard. The drivers can be downloaded from the following Hewlett-Packard Web site:
