Hewlett Packard DeskJet 694C Does Not Print Grayscale Fills After Windows Me Upgrade (267104)

When you print a Microsoft Excel 2000 worksheet that contains colored objects in monochrome mode on a Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet 694C printer, lighter grayscales may not be printed properly or printed at all.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur when you do the following:
- Install an HP DeskJet 694C printer to a Microsoft Windows 98-based computer, using the Windows 98 printer driver.
- Upgrade from Windows 98 to Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me).
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, obtain the latest printer driver from Hewlett-Packard; you can download the driver from the following Hewlett-Packard Web site:
