After you delete a compressed folder from the Start menu, the folder remains on the Start menu.
CAUSE
This problem can occur after you delete a compressed folder that was copied to the Start menu. After you do so, the Start menu does not refresh properly.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, restart your computer.
