Unable to Change the Size of the DVD Player Window (266839)

SYMPTOMS

When you run the DVD Player tool in a window and right-click the DVD icon on the taskbar, the Size command is unavailable.

RESOLUTION

To adjust the size of the DVD Player window, use either of the following methods:
  • Use the mouse pointer to drag the window borders to the size that you want.
  • In DVD Player, click the DVD icon, and then click Size.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
