In Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me), when you open a DVD title, you may receive the following error message
The rating of this title exceeds your permission level. To change your permission level, click Help.
but when you click Help, Help is not displayed as expected.
WORKAROUND
To view the Help topic, follow these steps:
- Expand the DVD player control pane.
- Click the Help button on the player rather then the one in the error box.
- In the Help window, click the Index tab, type parental control in the search box, and then click Display.
