OL98: (CW) "Do Not Deliver Until" Setting Ignored with Internet E-mail (266760)

With this option, you can use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, click About Microsoft Outlook on the Help menu. SYMPTOMS
If you use Outlook in Corporate or Workgroup (CW) mode with the Internet E-mail service, the Do not deliver until option does not work.
RESOLUTION
Either use Outlook in the Internet Mail Only (IMO) mode, or use a different Outlook (CW) e-mail delivery service.
NOTE: You can send mail to a recipient by using the delayed delivery option through the Internet if you use the Microsoft Exchange Server Internet Mail Service configuration.

This problem only occurs when you use Outlook (CW) to send mail by using an Internet e-mail service. The problem does not occur when you use Exchange Server or Outlook (IMO) with a Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) server.
