Nothing happens when you try to access the menu items within System Information (MSInfo32) by using the hot keys (CTRL+O, CTRL+P, CTRL+A, CTRL+F, CTRL+R, ALT+L, ALT+D, ALT+I, ALT+O, or ALT+P).
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, use one of the following methods: - In the left pane of MSInfo32, click System Summary, and then click CTRL+hot key or ALT+hot key, where hot key stands for the particular key, such O, P, or A and so on.
- Press TAB multiple times to select System Summary, and then click CTRL+hot key or ALT+hot key.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition.
