Encarta 2001: Cannot Copy Images Included in Articles to Encarta Researcher (266492)

SYMPTOMS

When you copy an article from one of the programs listed at the beginning of this article to Microsoft Encarta Researcher, you may not be able to copy images that are included in the article.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, double-click the image that you want to copy to Encarta Researcher, and then copy the image to Encarta Researcher.

NOTE: If you want to edit the image, do so before you copy it into Encarta Researcher.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Encarta Resercher.
