OL2000: DelegationState and Ownership Values Are Incorrect for TaskItems (266379)

SYMPTOMS

The values of the DelegationState and Ownership properties of the TaskItems in Outlook are not reliable. The values of these fields are always 0, regardless of whether or not the item has been delegated.

WORKAROUND

There are three available fields from the Outlook Field Chooser utility that can indicate delegation-related information. The fields are Assigned, Requested By, and Owner. The following list shows the values of these fields.
