OL97: Right-Click on Mail Message Produces No Drop-Down Menu (266359)

In Microsoft Outlook 97, if you right-click on any mail message in the Inbox, a drop-down menu does not open.
The right-click option works normally elsewhere (Folder List, Toolbars, or in the Windows environment).
Additionally, you may not see any menu options on the Actions menu.
CAUSE
This behavior can result from a corrupted Frmcache.dat file.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, follow these steps:
- Close Outlook.
- Use the following article to clear the Outlook Forms Cache file.

- Open Outlook and test the resolution by right-clicking any mail message.
