SYMPTOMS

Heap corruption may occur in Internet Information Server (IIS) when you call the ISAPI AddHeader support function multiple times while processing a single request in an ISAPI application.

RESOLUTION

Internet Information Server 4.0

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.
