When you create a Database Model Diagram, ER Source Model, or ORM Source Model drawing, you receive the following error message:
An unhandled exception has occurred.
After you receive this error message, the appropriate stencils appear in Visio, but the Database menu and add-ins do not load successfully.
RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes.
