SYMPTOMS

When you install the Visioneer PaperPort 6.1 software, you are prompted for the PaperPort destination folder where the application and its data files are to be installed. There are two browse buttons, but they are unavailable (dimmed), so you cannot click either of them.

RESOLUTION

To install PaperPort 6.1 to any folder other than the default, manually type the entire path to the folder where you want the software installed.
