SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me), when viewing the Plug and Play tour in Help and Support, you are unable to access the menu items using hot-key combinations (SHIFT+W, SHIFT+G, SHIFT+E, SHIFT+H, or SHIFT+X). When you use the SHIFT+hot key combinations to access other tours, the hot keys work correctly.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition.
