Works: Hyperlink Command Unavailable (265977)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to add a hyperlink to an object in a Microsoft Works 6 Word Processor document, the Hyperlink command may not be available.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you configure the object to use the Square or Tight wrapping format.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, change the wrapping format on the object:
  1. Right-click the object, and then click Format Object.
  2. Click the Wrapping tab, and then click In line with text.
  3. Click OK.
