Works 6: One-Page Templates Print on Two Pages (265955)

When you print a Microsoft Works Word Processor template, it may print on two pages instead of one page as expected.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you print a Works Word Processor template on certain printers.
Printers that are known to exhibit this behavior include the following:
- Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 5L
- Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 1600c
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, follow these steps:
- On the Programs tab, click Works Word Processor.
- Select the template that you want, and then click Start this task.
- Select the theme or topic that you want, and then click Finish.
- On the File menu, click Page Setup.
- Decrease the size of the top margin or the bottom margin by 0.1 inch, and then click OK.
- Print a test document to determine if the template is printed correctly.
