Cannot Move Files into a Collection Folder (265552)

In Microsoft Windows Movie Maker, when you attempt to copy files or collections into a collection folder, the files may not be copied into the collection folder and you may receive the following error message:
Cannot move the items.
This also can occur when you record and then save a collection in Windows Movie Maker, your clips are not saved in a separate collections folder.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because the collection folder name and the filename you want to copy are more than 235 characters.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, create a collection folder (with a collection folder name and any filenames to be copied) that has less than 235 characters.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
