SYMPTOMS

When you post a reply to a custom form, the form may post to the Drafts folder instead of the current folder. The item was posted, so the reply should be posted in the same folder.

CAUSE

This problem can occur because of an uninitialized variable in Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, apply Microsoft Office 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3).
