XFOR: Different Functions When Clicking "Mail" Within the Instant Messaging Client (265482)

When you attempt to retrieve e-mail messages by clicking the Mail button, and you are using Microsoft Exchange Instant Messaging, the mail client that starts may vary; either Microsoft Outlook, or Hotmail may start.
CAUSE
Depending upon which service you selected to start first, either Microsoft Exchange Instant Messaging, or MSN Messenger Service, their respective e-mail applications will start. For example if you selected Microsoft Exchange Instant Messaging to start first, whenever you click the Mail button, Microsoft Outlook will open.
RESOLUTION
To change which e-mail application starts when you click the Mail button, click the Accounts command on the Tools menu of the Instant Messaging client to find the setting that determines which e-mail client will start.
