FP2000: "Cannot Open Record Set" Syntax Error in Form Clause (265338)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft FrontPage 2000, if you attempt to save form results to an Open Database Connectivity (ODBC)-compliant database, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot open record set. Syntax error in form clause.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur when the form contains a table, and the table name and the column names contain spaces.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, remove the spaces in the table name and the column names.
