SYMPTOMS

When you click a link within a frame, the page may open in the wrong frame, and not the frame that is specified in the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) source.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, upgrade to the latest release of Microsoft Internet Explorer. The latest release of Internet Explorer 5.5, which contains the fix for this issue, can be found at either of the following Microsoft Web sites:
