Error Messages Displayed When You Click Links on Pages with Frames (265245)

When you click a link on a Web page that contains frames, you may receive one of the following error messages:
- Iexplore has caused an error in Iepeers.dll
Iexplore will now close.
- The page cannot be displayed
- 405 - Resource Not Allowed
These errors may occur if the target frame that is referenced does not exist on the server.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, do one of the following:
- Install the version of Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 available on Microsoft Windows Update.
