When you place a border around text or an object in a Microsoft FrontPage 2000 web, and you format the border as dashed or dotted, the borders appear as solid lines when you view the page in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because Internet Explorer does not presently support dotted or dashed border formats.
