GetHostByName() Does Not Resolve Computer Name with an IP Address of 0.0.0.0 (264820)

If a Host file (or Lmhosts file) contains a computer name (or INADDR_ANY) with an IP address of 0.0.0.0, the GetHostByName function returns .0.0.0.0 on a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer. However, the function does not resolve the address on a Windows 2000-based computer.
