XADM: Copy and Cut Menu Options on the Mailbox and Public Store Behave the Same (264352)

When you start Exchange System Manager and click Servers, click Storage Group, click Mailbox Store, and then right-click, the context menu contains Cut and Copy options.
The Cut and Copy options allow you to copy the mailbox store object and paste it to the Mailbox Store policy container within the System policies container.
When you click Cut, the icon for the mailbox store object changes but the object is not removed from the parent container. The Cut option does not provide any additional functionality over the Copy option.
CAUSE
The Cut menu item cannot be removed because the menu items are added automatically by Microsoft Management Console (MMC) when Copy and Paste are implemented by the snap-in. The icon change is MMC's standard behavior for cut operations.

You can also copy or cut a public store object and paste it onto the Public store policy container within System Policies.
