Windows 2000 Modem Sharing Client Software for SBS Available for Download (264157)

SUMMARY

BackOffice Small Business Server (SBS) includes several bundled services, including the Modem Sharing service. Using the Modem Sharing service in SBS requires a corresponding client software package that is specific to the operating system on the computer. Because SBS (and the Modem Sharing service) was released before Microsoft Windows 2000, the Modem Sharing client that is included with SBS is not compatible with Windows 2000. If you attempt to install the Microsoft Windows NT version of the Modem Sharing client in Windows 2000, you receive the following error message:
Setup Message
Unable to find the .INF Source File. Check the /i switch on the Setup command line.
