The text and line shadows may be printed incorrectly in Visio 2000 (264074)

RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Visio 2000
Service Release 1 (SR-1). To obtain SR-1, click the article number

To temporarily work around this problem, set the printer driver to
print text as graphics. To set the printer driver to print text as
graphics, follow these steps. NOTE: Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the
following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your
product documentation to complete these steps. To set printing options for graphics:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
- Right-click the icon for the printer that you are using,
and then click Properties.
- Click the Graphics tab.
The setting that you change to print text as
graphics depends on the type of printer that you have.
STATUSMicrosoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Visio 2000
SR-1.
