OL2000: The Toolbars List Does Not Contain Any Toolbars (263974)

SYMPTOMS

When you point to Toolbars on the View menu, there are no toolbars in the list.

CAUSE

You added the Toolbars button to the Standard toolbar.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, remove the Toolbars button from the Standard toolbar:
  1. Right-click the Standard toolbar, click Customize, and then click the Commands tab.
  2. Click the Toolbars button on the Standard toolbar.
  3. In the Customize dialog box, click Modify Selection.
  4. Click Delete, and then close the Customize dialog box.
