OL97: Stationery Is Not Available When You Reply to an E-mail Message (263834)

When you reply to an e-mail message in Outlook, you cannot reply to the e-mail message with the stationary that you want.
CAUSE
The format in which you received the original e-mail message is the format that must be used when you reply to the e-mail message.
WORKAROUND
To work around this limitation, create a new e-mail message with the stationery that you want, and then copy and paste the information from the original e-mail message into the new e-mail message.
For more information about copying information into another e-mail message, click Start, click Help, click the Search tab, type copy information into another document, and then click that topic in the list.
