SYMPTOMS

When you try to resume your computer that is using a Matrox G100, G200 or G400 video adapter from Standby mode, your computer may stop responding (hang).

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are using the Microsoft Standard VGA video adapter driver with your Matrox G100, G200 or G400 video adapter.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, obtain and install the most current driver for your video adapter from Matrox.
