Programs Missing from Start Menu After Upgrade to Windows Millennium Edition (263616)

When you click Start and then point to Programs after you upgrade to Windows Millennium Edition (Me), programs or shortcuts may be missing from the Programs menu.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the Personalized Menus feature is enabled.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, disable the Personalized Menus feature:
- Right-click an empty area on the the taskbar, and then click Properties.
- Click to clear the Use personalized menus check box, and then click OK.
