As of July 18, 2000, Windows CE-based devices and ActiveSync do not work with Macintosh-based computers.

Third party programs to create a virtual Windows environment may allow the use of ActiveSync. In addition to the virtual Windows environment, an adaptor to attach the Windows CE-based device to the Macintosh computer is needed or an infrared (IRDA) interface can be used.
