Site Server 3.0 Usage Import cannot find HTML titles for imported documents when the title tags occur after the first 1,024 bytes.
CAUSE
The title is not found because Usage Import only reads the first 1,024 bytes to find the title tags.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, move the title section to the first few lines of the HTML code.
