SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to register one of the programs listed at the beginning of this article, you may receive the following error message:

Windows cannot find Program.exe.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the default Web browser on your computer is not properly configured.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, reinstall your Web browser.
