Error Message: File Failed to Self-Register (263187)

When you install Microsoft Money for Pocket PC 1.0 from the ActiveSync 3.1 CD, you may receive following error message:
File(s) Failed to Self-Register:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money\System\Pmasdskr.dll
Also, the Synchronization Options dialog box does not contain the option for Microsoft Money Data.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Manually register the file by typing the following command:
- When prompted for the file location, type the following (with the quotes if the file location contains spaces):
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money\System\Pmasdskr.dll"
