SYMPTOMS

When you use NetMeeting to share a program that plays sounds, no sounds are transmitted by the shared program to other participants in the NetMeeting conference.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because there are no sound decoders (codecs) to transmit sound for shared programs.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
