The Web/Home key does not start Internet browser (263012)

When you press the Web/Home key on one of the keyboards listed in the "Applies To" section, a graphic may be displayed but your Internet browser is not started.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:
- Netscape Communicator is configured as your default browser.
- You uninstalled Netscape Communicator.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, select a new default browser.
To configure Microsoft Internet Explorer as your default browser:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Internet Options.
- On the Programs tab, click to select the Internet Explorer should check to see if it is the default browser check box.
- Click Apply, and then click OK.
- Close Control Panel.
- Start Internet Explorer, and then click Yes when you are prompted to use Internet Explorer as your default browser.
