Pro or the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro during the playback of the
introductory movie in one of the games listed in the "Applies To" section,
you may experience one of the following symptoms:
- Nothing may occur when you press the hot key.
- The game may quit unexpectedly.
- You may receive an error message.
CAUSE This issue occurs when the Microsoft Windows Millennium
Edition native hot key functions conflict with the active movie in the game.
RESOLUTION To work around this issue, use one of the following
methods:
- Do not press a hot key during the playback of an
introductory movie is playing in a game.
- Connect the keyboard to a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port
in the computer.
