SYMPTOMS

When you try to open a Web page, you may receive either of the following error messages:
IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0257:bff7c743.

-or-

IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0187:bff6c8b3.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you have Netscape 4.06 TuneUp installed.

To work around this issue, disable or remove Netscape 4.06 TuneUp.
