When you use Outlook to connect to an Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) server and you try to send or receive e-mail messages, you may receive the following error message:
Outlook has caused an Invalid Page Fault in module Pstprx32.dll @017f;3ff77379
CAUSE
A possible cause for this error message is a damaged mailbox on the IMAP server.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, your administrator must create a new mailbox on the server for you.
