In Outlook, the number of months that your Free/Busy time can be published to a Microsoft Exchange Server-based computer is one calendar year.

You can publish your Free/Busy time to the server so that other users can see when you are available for meetings, appointments, and so on. Your Free/Busy time can only be published on the server for one calendar year.

The Office 2000 SR-1 workbook, SR1Changes.xls, stated on row 408 that if you apply SR-1 to your computer the limit of months that you can publish your Free/Busy time to the server was extended from 12 months to 99 months. This is inaccurate, and the SR1Changes.xls workbook has been changed to reflect the correct information.
