Fix-It Utilities 99 Cannot Create Rescue Disk on Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (262732)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to create Rescue Disks with Fix-It Utilities 99, you can receive the following error message when you try to write to the second disk:
An error occurred copying a file to the Rescue Disk
NOTE: The name of the file that cannot be copied is Vremove.exe.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because this version of Fix-It Utilities is not compatible with Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me).
