OLEXP: Missing Text in the Select Recipients Dialog Box in Outlook Express 5.01 (262552)

When you compose an e-mail message and click To to use your Windows Address Book, the Select Recipients dialog box is missing the text for the To: ->, Cc: ->, and Bcc: -> buttons.
Also, all three buttons only display the -> symbol.
CAUSE
This problem occurs if the version of the Wab32.dll file is mismatched you're your version of Outlook Express.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, extract a new copy of the Wab32.dll file from the Wab.cab file in the Windows Update Setup Files folder. For additional information about extracting files in Microsoft Windows 95, click the article number below

If you are using Microsoft Windows 98 or Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition, use the System File Checker tool to extract a new copy of this file from the Windows Update Setup Files folder:
- Click Start, click Run, type sfc in the Open box, and then click OK.
- Click Extract one file from installation disk, type wab32.dll in the Open box, and then click Start.
- In the Restore from box, type C:\Windows Update Setup Files\Wab.cab.
- In the Save file in box, type C:\Program Files\Common Files\System, click OK, and then click Close.
NOTE: The Windows Update Setup Files folder is created when you install Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you deleted this folder after you install Internet Explorer, you must uninstall and then reinstall Internet Explorer to restore the files.
