Find.exe Returns Extra Lines When Piped (262463)

When you pipe Find.exe from the console, Find.exe returns an extra line feed that can result in returning a line where the /V option is looking for lines that do not match the search criteria.
CAUSE
This behavior is caused by a problem in Ulib.dll (a common tools library).
When Find.exe is reading the file, the end of the file is encountered in the middle of the read. In this case, a utility function returns an error with 0 bytes read when there is still data to be read from the file.
