In Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server, it is possible to move servers between Routing Groups.

The server list that is in a Routing Group is a multi-valued attribute on the Routing Group object. The account that is performing the move should have Write permissions on each of the Routing Group objects. According to the permissions designated by the Delegation Wizard, the account should have administrator or full administrator rights.
