Event ID 3113 from the Workstation service may be recorded in the System event log when you join a Windows 2000-based workstation or server to a domain. The event ID 3113 error message may be similar to:
5/5/2000 6:04:58 PM Workstation Error None 3113 N/A MAGANDA Initialization failed because the requested service redirector could not be started.

MORE INFORMATION

The error message should not reoccur after you reboot the computer. The error message occurs because the naming context of the computer has changed, and a reboot is required to properly reinitialize all processes to the new naming context. You can ignore this error message if there is only one instance recorded in the event log.
