OLEXP: You Cannot Browse Newsgroup Messages During the Combine and Decode Operation (262346)

After you start a Combine and Decode operation in Outlook Express 5, you cannot browse newsgroup messages until the operation is finished.
CAUSE
In Outlook Express 4, you can continue to browse newsgroup messages after you start a Combine and Decode operation (click Combine and Decode on the Message menu). In Outlook Express 5, after you start a Combine and Decode operation, Outlook Express waits until the operation is finished before you can browse newsgroup messages again.
