XADM: Removal of Exchange 2000 Fails If Mailboxes Are Homed on the Server (262250)

When you uninstall Exchange 2000, Setup binds to a Global Catalog multiple times, and queries for all objects that match the following filter:
msExchHomeServerName=*servername*
If it finds any object, with the exception of the System Mailbox, Setup does not allow the removal to continue.
WORKAROUND
Verify that all mailbox-enabled users have been rehomed or mail-disabled.
