Media Player Displays Track Lists Incorrectly for Boxed Sets (262053)

When you play a multiple-disc music CD set in Windows Media Player 7 or 7.1, you see the playlist for disc 1, no matter which disc is inserted in the CD-ROM drive.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, load the appropriate disc playlist by using the Find Music feature:
- In Media Player, click the CD Audio tab.
- Click Get Names, and then click Next.
- Type the artist name, and then click Next.
- Click the artist name when it appears, and then click Next.
- Find the album you are trying to play, and then click Next.
- The album should now be separated into the appropriate number of discs. Click the disc number you want, and then click Next.
- The playlist for your disc is displayed. Click OK.
